We works with you to develop a treatment plan that takes into account your lifestyle, leisure/Sport activities and General Health to ensure that we can advise you on how you can help yourself by giving you exercise, stretches or other Rehabilitation programmes to do between sessions. We re-evaluate your progress at regular intervals while modifying Movement patterns treatment and goals as and when necessary.
